Define what clear means for your product
Transparent, translucent and frosted finishes are not the same. Ask for a sample in the actual wall thickness rather than judging a thin material swatch. The metal color under the sleeve, surface texture and lighting affect the appearance.
Our existing catalog illustrations explain sleeve structure and color concepts; they are not proof of the final transparency of a custom batch. Compare your approved sample on the actual ring and specify the visual result you want. We do not promise glass-like clarity or permanent resistance to yellowing without supporting tests.
Check fit before judging the finish
A cover that moves around the ring may be unsuitable even if it looks clear. Confirm the exact generation, ring size and sleeve dimensions. Check installation, removal, edge coverage and clearance around the sensor area.
A sleeve is an accessory, not a replacement for the ring body or its charging case. Charging compatibility depends on the selected model and cover geometry. Check the exact charger and sample combination, and remove the cover for charging if required.
Make the logo visible
A tone-on-tone logo can be subtle on a clear sleeve. A contrasting print may be easier to read, while embossing or debossing changes the surface. Send a simple mark and ask to review it against the metal finish your buyers use.
For private-label projects, approve the sleeve and logo together. Packaging can carry larger brand text and size instructions when the sleeve itself has limited space. Review our custom logo options for artwork inputs.
Set a sample acceptance checklist
Compare clarity, visible seams, dust pickup, easy cleaning, grip, logo appearance and changes after the intended use. Ask which checks can be included in the sample approval process; testing requirements should be agreed in advance.
Bulk order planning starts at 500 pieces. Clear material, custom colors, logo, tooling, packaging and freight are confirmed in the quote. Ask about samples and delivery terms before committing to the final assortment.
