Choose a sample route
Ask whether a suitable existing sample is available for your ring model. An existing sample can help assess material and general construction, while a custom sample is needed to approve your own geometry, logo or special finish.
Sample availability, quantity, charges and freight are confirmed before dispatch. We do not advertise a free sample, refundable sample fee or guaranteed delivery date without an agreed quotation. If you need a small trial order, request availability and pricing separately from the bulk program.
Understand the 500-piece MOQ
Our bulk program starts at 500 pieces. Confirm whether the MOQ applies to the total order or a particular model, color, size or logo combination. These conditions depend on the production plan and must be written into the quote.
List your proposed split, for example the total pieces by model and color, rather than assuming all variants can be combined. A mixed assortment may require different tooling or setup. Approve the combination before planning your retail launch.
Compare the full cost
US$2 per unit is the standard sleeve target at the opening quantity. It is not an all-inclusive price for every custom design. Ask for product unit cost, logo or setup cost, tooling if needed, packaging, sample costs and transport to be listed separately.
Provide the delivery country and postal code for a shipping quotation. Import duties and taxes, the agreed delivery terms and the party responsible for each charge need confirmation. Compare quotations for the same specification and quantity, not just the lowest displayed unit price.
Agree on timing and approval
Include your requested arrival date and whether this is a first order or a repeat batch. Sample preparation, artwork changes, production and shipping are separate steps. Lead times are confirmed after the project requirements are known.
Before authorizing bulk production, record the accepted fit, color, logo position and packaging. Keep a reference sample for reorders. If something changes, ask whether a new approval is needed. Review fit and sizing and logo artwork requirements before sending your brief.
