Choose a logo method that suits a small curved surface
A smart ring sleeve has limited space for branding. Send your vector artwork as SVG, AI or PDF, plus your preferred placement. Small lettering and fine lines need a feasibility check before production. A simpler symbol can remain easier to recognize at this scale.
Embossed logos rise from the silicone surface; debossed logos sit below it. Both may require tooling work. Printed logos add contrast, but artwork, ink choice and wear resistance need sample approval. We confirm the available method for your chosen sleeve rather than promising every design on every size.
Separate product color from logo color
A Pantone reference helps define the intended silicone color. It does not replace a physical sample: lighting, surface finish and material thickness can change the appearance. Include both the body color and logo color in your brief.
Clear silicone is a separate visual choice. Review how much of the ring finish shows through and whether the logo is visible against it. You can compare clear ring covers with opaque colors before deciding your assortment.
Plan your retail packaging
Choose a single sleeve or a multipack, then specify polybag, pouch, insert or retail box. Tell us whether you need model names, size labels, your barcode artwork or care instructions on the packaging. A clear label helps your customer select the intended fit.
The 500-piece opening MOQ is a bulk-order starting point. Mixed colors and models need written confirmation; it does not mean unlimited combinations at the same price. New tooling, logo work, packaging and freight are quoted according to the approved specification.
What to send for a quote
Include the exact ring generation and size, order quantity, logo file, body color, logo method, packaging and delivery country. Add your target delivery date so sample and production timing can be checked together.
