Oura Ring 5 and earlier generations
Oura states that Ring 5 uses a different sizing system from Ring 4. Keep Ring 5, Ring 4 and Gen3 separate in your product brief. Do not transfer a cover specification from an older generation without checking the physical ring.
See the official Oura Ring 5 sizing note for the ring itself. A ring sizing kit selects the ring for your finger; it does not certify a third-party protector. Our Oura Ring 5 cover page describes the sample inputs.
Samsung, RingConn and Ultrahuman
For a Samsung Galaxy Ring protector, give the size and exact product reference. Samsung recommends its own sizing process. For RingConn, distinguish Gen 3, Gen 2 and Gen 2 Air; for Ultrahuman Ring AIR, confirm the AIR model rather than assuming another model shares its dimensions.
These names identify the rings for which you are requesting a cover. They do not mean that all sizes are in stock or that a universal sleeve has passed testing. The selected sample and written specification define the final compatibility.
A practical fit check
Record outer width, outside diameter or circumference, edge shape and the intended sleeve thickness. Include photos of the ring from above and from the side. Physical samples are preferable when dimensions or tolerances are uncertain.
During approval, check that the sleeve can be fitted and removed as intended, stays in position during intended use and leaves the required openings clear. Check the charging arrangement separately. Do not describe a cover as sensor-safe or charging-compatible unless the selected configuration has been verified.
Label the approved combination
Keep a record of ring generation, ring size, sleeve size, color and approved sample revision. Use the same references on your packaging and reorder brief. This reduces confusion between the ring size and the supplier's sleeve size.
A silicone cover does not make the ring impact-proof or guarantee protection in sport or machinery use. Follow the ring manufacturer's usage guidance. For wholesale orders, include your use case in the sample request and agree on the checks before production.
